Members Evaluation

Annual Members Evaluation Program (EP)

All members will be objectively evaluated by members of their peers

Members will be evaluated in the following categories, subject to revision:

  • Communication
  • Sales activity
  • Accounting
  • Operation efficiency
  • Others (to be determined by the members)

Each category will carry a 10 points value. Members must maintain a minimum score of 50% efficiency. Members that does not maintain the minimum score for 3 consecutive years may be asked to leave the network.

Ethics & Code Of Conduct

All members pledged to

  • Sharing Business within the network with the ultimate goal of 60%
  • Members’ responsibility - Protecting the network and the interest of all members.
  • Sharing resources
  • Building Trade Lanes mutually
  • Treating each other with respect

Debt Protection

PARTNERS UNLIMITED will build up a Debt Protection Fund to cover members for non-disputed nonpaid invoices of a PARTNERS UNLIMITED member. The Debt Protection Program is compulsory for all members.

Funds are built up by the members on a yearly contribution basis.
