Limitation of number of members per country
- Maximum of 4 members per country. The Board will determine in certain small market where 1 to 2 members will suffice.
- Exception for China / USA / India - 6 members
Annual Membership dues are based on the IMF/WTO market share of the member country as a guideline
- Tier 1 Market - Full membership Due
- Tier 2 Market - 2/3 of full membership due
- Tier 3 Market - 1/3 of full membership dues
Dues for each member category are set by the Board of Directors. Membership is on a yearly basis renewable every 12 months.
Membership dues payable upon 30 days after receipt of invoice. Banking Fees are on the account of the members.
Acceptance of Membership is finalized after membership dues are received.
Payment of Membership Dues imply the acceptance of Network Rules and Ethics
All members accept and understands that any and all transactions between members are subject to their own risk. Partners Unlimited is not in any way held accountable or responsible.
All members are advised to inform the Board when others members are delinquent in payments, recommended 60 days from date of invoices unless otherwise agreed between the members
