For better management of growth, the Network will sub-divide global market into 4 Regions based on geographical region, namely; The Americas / The Asia – Pacific / The Africa-Mideast / The EU 
Qualify members are invited to the Advisory Board to represent the views and interests of the members.  These members will form the Management Board of Directors holding position as Regional Director for the 4 Regions.
Active members of the Association must be private enterprises or corporations, involved in the Freight Forwarding Industry and actively supporting the purpose and objectives of the Association.
Applicants that meet the membership standards may apply in writing or online to the Chairman of the Board for membership. Subject to approval by the Board of Directors the applicant may be accepted as a member to the network.  The Board may reject an application without comments.
Membership of the Association entitles each member to represent the Association within the assigned market in which the member resides and conducts business.
Any member may resign by giving three months’ notice to the Board of Directors, by end of month. The annual membership fee remains due and no refund is granted.  Membership of the Association may only promote the offices where they are assigned within the network.
Members may be disqualify based on the following
  1. Conducts that would disgrace or against the network 
  2. Consecutive below Performance expectations for 3 years
  3. Criminal offence 
  4. Failure to settle the Annual Membership dues.
  5. Failure to settle payments to other members
